Payments and refunds
Understand fees, payment status, receipts and refund requests.
Check the amount before paying
Read the fee and instructions shown on the request. Some services are free. Others may require payment at the barangay hall or offer online payment. Only use the payment options provided for that request.
Pay online when available
Online payment is available only when your barangay has enabled it for the service.
- Open your request and check the amount due.
- Choose the online payment option and follow the payment page instructions.
- Return to the request to check the updated payment status.
- Keep your payment reference and receipt, when available.
If payment is still pending
Do not pay again immediately if the payment page closes or the status does not update. Check the request first. If you were charged but the request still shows unpaid, contact the barangay office with your tracking number and payment reference.
Record a payment made at the barangay hall
Authorized staff can record a payment using the payment controls on the request. Barangay administrators can review Collections. Check the amount, payment method and reference before confirming.
Ask about a refund
Contact the barangay office about a refund or an incorrect charge. Authorized users can use the refund controls where available. A refund request is not a completed refund. Check its status before confirming that money has been returned.
When online payments need attention
The red Service status control alerts staff and administrators to a payment problem. Open it for details. Administrators can review payment settings and the audit log. Residents should contact the barangay office if a payment option is unavailable.
